Our primary season helps get runners race ready for our own Chevron Houston Marathon or Aramco Half or any other race on Planet Earth from the 5K to Marathon distance. Year Pass bundles our Spring and Prime seasons for an entire year of In Flight training and coaching. This program is for runners of all skill levels who are actively running and have both short and longer term race goals for the entire year. 48 weeks, 45 Sat long runs, 40 Tue AM interval workouts, 47 Tue PM group runs.
Prime Season

June - February - 36 weeks
EARLY REGISTRATION OPEN!
Prime is our Primary training season to help runners get race ready for fall and winter races. This longer season coincides with most of the country's long distance running season so more focus is put on those training for the marathon & half marathon. 36 weeks, 34 Sat long runs, 28 Tue AM interval workouts, 35 Tue PM group runs.
Spring Season

March - May - 12 weeks
2023 Registration CLOSED
Designed for runners who are actively running or just getting started. Focus is put on improving pace & times for shorter distance races. 12 weeks, 11 Sat long runs, 12 Tue AM interval workouts, 12 Tue PM group runs. We take one Saturday off in late March to road trip up to Brenham to run the Bluebell Ice Cream Half, 10K and 5K.
Spring Beginner

January - May - 18 Weeks
2023 Registration CLOSED
Our Spring Launch program is custom designed for newbie runners just getting started or those returning to the sport after a short or long hiatus. 18 weeks, 16 Sat long runs, 12 Tue AM interval workouts, 15 Tue PM group runs. We take one Saturday long run off on March 25th to road trip it up to Brenham to run the Bluebell Ice Cream Half, 10K and 5K.
